Mary Jane⁴ Gilbert (HENRY W³, THOMAS L.², PETER R.¹) was born 07 Sep 1859 in Franklin County, Ohio, and died 21 Jul 1928 of congestive heart failure and accute indigestion in Franklin County, Ohio. She married George W. Weaver in 1882, son of James Weaver and Eliza O'Day. He was born 03 May 1857 in Hilliard, Franklin County, Ohio, and died 12 Dec 1930 in Franklin County, Ohio.

George Weaver died from a skull fracture after being hit by an automobile at the railroad crossing on the main street of Hilliard, Ohio--the same location where his son, James, was later killed when he was hit by a train. Both Mary Jane and her husband are buried at Wesley Chapel Cemetery, Hilliard. After the death of Mary Jane her husband moved in with his son, James and family.

i.  James Henry⁵ Weaver, b. 19 Jun 1883, Madison County, Ohio; d. 07 Apr 1942, Hilliard, Franklin County, Ohio; m. Mae L. Latham, 29 Jul 1908, in Franklin County, Ohio; she was b. 29 Jul 1884, Norwich Township, Franklin County, Ohio; d. 24 Jul 1966, Franklin County, Ohio. Both are buried Wesley Chapel Cemetery, Hilliard.
ii.  George Weaver, b. 1909, killed by lightning in 1928, aged seventeen; buried Wesley Chapel Cemetery
iii.  Mary Weaver, married Leroy Miller.
iv.  Alta Weaver.
