My Grandparents, J. Richard Geren and Carrie (Grashel) Geren of Columbus, Ohio at their 50th wedding anniversary 1955.

  • Son of Dudley D. Geren and Adenia Mary Wilson (also of Columbus)
  • Was Postmaster for Columbus until 1933 (lost position when F. D. Roosevelt was elected)
  • Carrie Grashel 1882-1975
  • Daughter of John Grashel and Elizabeth Ellen Wolf of Jackson Co., Ohio
  • Their last home was 1445 Wyandotte Road, in Columbus, Ohio
  • Both are buried at Green Lawn Cemetery
