FRONT: The New Telephone Building, Denver, Colo. (ca. 1929)
BACK: TELEPHONE BUILDING
It is without a doubt Denver's finest building.
It is the home of the Mountain States Tele-
phone and Telegraph Company and telephone
headquarters for the Rocky Mountain region.
As a strange coincidence it occupies the sites
of the old Pony Express Corrals, the forerunner
of the telephone and telegraph.
NOTE: Construction began on the building in 1928 and it
was opened for business in 1929
