Sally says, "This photo is of Mildred and classmates in Columbus, Oh. I assume they were all learning to be switchboard operators."  The photo was enclosed in a letter to Mildred's mother and is dated April 2, 1911.  Mildred worked for many years for Gilbert Shoe Co. as a switchboard operator.
