First Judicial District Be it remembered that on the ninth day of November, A. D. eighteen hundred and sixty-six, Junius E. Wharton, of the said district, deposited in this office, the title of a Book, the title of which is on the records following, to-wit: "History of the City of Den- ver." the right whereof he claims as author, in conformity with an Act of Congress, entitled an "Act to amend the several Acts respecting copyright." |
