Broderick Cemetery is located very near the county line at the corner of the Union County-Champaign County line. It is on the south side of State Route 245 just west of North Darby-Coe Road. The Beers History of Union County, part 5, page 466, gives this information: "On the Lewisburg & Marysville pike is . . . [a] cemetery situated on the south side of said pike, a short distace west of Squire Isaac Brodrick's [Sic.] residence." That seems to be the only connection to the Broderick family as we found no gravestone for any Broderick. The photographs on this page represent a complete inventory of the gravestones remaining here. If you would like to receive full size high resolution copies of any the the photos, please contact the Webmaster.
NOTE: Items that are underlined in black are the Webmaster's "best guess." Items found in brackets ( [ ] ) are either documented, i.e. death certificates, or were found in the published records.
