This photo was taken around 1946 or 1947 at the C. F. Webbe Sr. home, 345 E. Mound Street in Circleville. Roy E. Helwagen was the son of Elmer Ellsworth Helwagen and Marietta Adkins Helwagen. Roy served in WWI and was a member of the American Legion. Both Roy and Zettie are buried at Spring Lawn Cemetery, Williamsport, Ohio. |
