DAVIS Berdell C. Davis, 77, of Columbus (Mount Vernon Plaza on Atcheson), died February
6, 2006 in Eastland Care Center, after a long illness. The beloved daughter of the late 
illie and Mamie Jeffries. Berdell was a native of Wevaco, W.V., where she attended Wash-
ington High School. She leaves to mourn her passing and celebrate her life, husband,
Reverand John B. Davis of Columbus; brother, Arcadus Jeffries of Chicago, Ill.; children,
Freda (Christer) Rundlof of Houston, Tex., Carolyn Jeffries of Institute, W.V., Mary Ann
Dortch and Arthur Ford of Columbus, Oh.; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren,
great-great-grandchildren, relatives and friends. Funeral service Friday 11 a.m. chapel
of CALIMAN FUNERAL SERVICES, 3700 Refugee Rd. Friends may call Friday with the family 10
a.m. until time of service. Interment Eastlawn Cemetery.
